In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, “the Act” means the Stock Theft Act, 1990, and any other word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act, shall bear that meaning.2.
The following particulars in regard to stock shall be stated in the document of identification referred to in section 6 of the Act:3.
The following particulars shall be stated in the removal certificate referred to in section 8 of the Act:4.
The information required in respect of a document or certificate referred to in section 6, 7 or 8 of the Act may be in the form, and shall contain the information, as set out in the Appendix in respect of each such document or certificate specified therein.History of this document
