1. Definitions
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, words and phrases have the meaning assigned thereto in the Act, and-“the Act” means the Namibian Citizenship Act, 1990 (Act 14 of 1990); and“Namibian diplomatic mission” includes any Namibian consular mission or office of a trade representative of the Government of Namibia.2. 4. Registration of citizenship by marriage
5. Citizenship by registration
6. Registration of citizenship by naturalisation
7. Declaration of resumption or renunciation of Namibian citizenship
8. Oath of allegiance
The oath of allegiance as prescribed in the First Schedule to the Act shall be taken before a Commissioner of Oaths.9. Restoration of Namibian citizenship
10. Supporting evidence of statements made in applications under the Act and incomplete applications
11. Certification of copies of certain documents
Any copy of a certificate, affidavit or entry in any register, shall be certified in the following manner:History of this document
