Under section 17 of the Foreign Investment Act 1990 (Act 27 of 1990) I hereby make the following regulations:

1.

The form of application for a Certificate of Status Investment under section 6 of the Act shall be as set out in Annex A hereto.

2.

The form of Certificate of Status Investment under section 7 of the Act shall be as set out in Annex B hereto.
