1. Definition
In these regulations any expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act bears that meaning and-“the Act” means the Namibia Library and Information Service Act, 2000 (Act No. 4 of 2000).2. Information pertaining to documents to be deposited
3. Format and quality of documents to be deposited
A document required to be deposited in terms of section 8(2) of the Act must be in the same format and of the same quality as the document published.4. Time of deposit for certain categories of documents
5. Number of copies to be deposited in respect to reprints of documents
A producer must in respect of a reprint of a document which is intended to be generally available and which is in terms of section 8(2) of the Act required to be deposited, deposit, if that producer is-6. Exemption from legal deposit
