Part 1 – INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. Definitions
In these regulations, a word or an expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act has that meaning and, unless the context indicates otherwise -“Annexure” means an Annexure to these regulations; and“the Act” means the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014).Part 2 – REGISTRATION OF VOTERS
