If a bid document requires that certification or authorisation be given by the manufacturer or supplier of certain goods to be procured, a bidder must submit to a public entity documentary proof that the bidder is duly authorised by such manufacturer or supplier to supply or install such goods, equipment or machinery in Namibia.27.
